Craig was Head of Acquisition and Development at Our Place, a national sustainable developer creating walkable mixed use communities. He was responsible for assembling a site of 369 acres in Sussex for a total the 2,850 new homes. This involved the acquisition of a 224 acre private estate, two land option agreements with eminent institutions and an overriding collaboration agreement.
This project required complex financial modelling to satisfy our investor and funding partners. We explored different ways to deliver the infrastructure, reviewed tenure mix, size and type of housing to achieve the best possible returns.
Norwich Apex, Norfolk
Craig was a Director of Norwich Apex Limited and helped secure a detailed planning consent for a 30 acre, 300,000 square feet commercial park at Harford, just south of Norwich.
The project involved collaborative negotiations with the local authority, particularly around building heights, landscaping and the section 278 road delivery.
Craig was responsible for project managing the development and co-ordinating our team of professional consultants.
He also dealt with project viability and worked closely with several funders to secure the best funding package for the scheme.

Upper King Street, Norwich
Acquisition of 19 Upper King Street / 2 Prince of Wales Road on behalf of a private client. Our client was looking for income generating investments and sourced this opportunity. We negotiated a £305,000 price reduction and built in several mechanisms to protect the buyer.
The investment provides an 11% yield on a fully refurbished property.
